Since 1994 Northstar Farms has been a dedicated Icelandic Horse breeding farm using evaluated stallions and proven broodmares producing healthy well balanced (disposition, gaits & conformation) offspring for the equine family across America.

 Northstar Farm has been breeding domestic Icelandic Horses since 1994 for the American equine family and welcomed 17 new foals this year. With Ohio's only prized/evaluated stallions focusing on four major bloodlines using dedicated proven broodmare, we feel confident on helping you make the right selection for your family's future equine endeavours.

The Icelandic Horse has the versatility to do a variety of equine show disciplines and still be your favorite trail horse. So come, see and visit the herd for what should be a colorful selection of 4 & 5 gaited foals to choose from now and have home by Christmas.

Starting prices begin at $1,100 for colt and $1,600 for fillies and increase $1,000 per year base on age. Currently we have one yearling filly, five 2-year-olds and four 3-year-olds. Prices include DNA and U.S. Icelandic Horse Congress registration. All you have to do is come up with naming your pick.
